工作原理
DFT系统浮选脱墨机是我公司自主研制开发的国内新- -代废纸浮选脱墨设备，它综合吸收了MAC， SA.，SC等浮选槽的设计特性和工艺优点，并融入了本公司多年来在设计制造浮选脱墨机方面积累的丰富经验和专有的创新技术，是理想的废纸脱墨首 选设备。

设备特点
1、内置式曝气式元件，有利于工艺气体回路封闭。
2、槽体间组合合理，液体控制简单，运行可靠，产量范围大。
3、两段浮选系统(一段+二段)确保最大限度的去除油墨等杂质的同时，保重纤维流失最小。
4、两段浮选系统(前段+后段)层叠布置，占地面积小。
5、浮选前后提高白度4-9ISO,能够去除油墨颗粒的范围大，大约5-550微米。
6、浮选能耗低，该设备无需单独配置动力，可分级直接与其他一些制浆设备串联使用。 动力消耗为传统浮选的12或1/3. 7.纤维流失少，纤维流失率≤0.5%， 可设置段浮选，保证了浮选得率。
8、浮选机操作方便，槽体易于清洗。
9、维修率极低，1-2年更换一-次喷射发泡器。
