设备特点
a)进料螺旋部分采用液压自动补偿系统,自动补偿蒸煮器不同温度下其热膨胀量不同而产生的进料螺旋头部高度的变化。
b)主轴与磨室体之间的密封采用先进的机械密封结构。工作时,它与主轴不产生磨擦,机械密封内高压密封水用水量少,喷放纤维含水率低,降低了干燥机能耗。
c)主机转动圆盘采用单方向旋转,操作简便。
d)蒸煮器木片料位采用r射线检测,不但能准确地显示木片料位变化,而且也能控制进料螺旋进料量多少,以满足工艺对木片预热时间的要求。
e)运输螺旋与带式螺旋之间以补偿节连接,可以消除主机与蒸煮器之间由于热变形而产生的影响。
f)采用带式螺旋结构可以将进入磨盘之间的木片与蒸汽分离开来。减少了磨削时蒸汽对进料的影响。

d) The wood chip level of the digester is detected by X-ray, which not only accurately displays the changes in wood chip level, but also controls the amount of spiral feeding to meet the process requirements for wood chip preheating time.
e) The compensation section connection between the transport screw and the belt screw can eliminate the impact caused by thermal deformation between the main machine and the digester.
f) The use of a belt spiral structure can separate the wood chips entering between the grinding discs from the steam. Reduced the impact of steam on feed during grinding.
