设备特点
适用于稻麦草、芦苇、木片、竹片、蔗渣、棉秆、玉米秆、龙须草、麻类、灌木、枝極材、木屑、木条等原料的直接粗磨，可直接将原料处理成纤维丝绒（细长纤维化），高浓磨浆减少纤维切断，挤压纤维细胞壁分裂，加速药液渗透。
蒸煮时可增大装球量，缩短蒸煮时间，减少化学品用量（用药量占传统蒸煮用药的1/4）减少环境污染，以及利于下端工序的打浆，简化制浆流程，可实现清洁制浆。配合高浓度磨浆机，高效精磨机可制成不同浆种标准的化学本色浆、全化学漂白浆、半化学机械浆、冷法高得率浆、机械浆。
