工作原理
汽蒸螺旋是连续蒸煮系统的主要部件，属于一类压力容器。原料经过前面的处理之后，进入汽蒸螺旋内与药液一起被搅拌混合均匀，并按规定的压力和温度进行通汽加温一定时间，使原料蒸煮成浆或半浆，并推送到下一设备。蒸煮系统一般由3根或4根蒸煮管连接组成，使药液能与物料充分的混合和加温加压蒸煮。
The steam spiral is the main component of a continuous cooking system and belongs to a type of pressure vessel. After the previous treatment, the raw materials enter the steam distillation spiral and are mixed evenly with the medicine solution. They are then steamed and heated according to the specified pressure andl temperature for a certain period of time to make the raw materials into pulp or semi pulp and pushed to the next equipment.
