工作原理
WFT系列节能型浮选脱墨机是我公司技术团队结合多年来在废纸制浆油墨浮选方面的经验自主研发的一种浮选设备。
WFT series energy-saving flotation deinking machine is one of the most independent flotation eguipment developed by our company's technical team combined with many years' experience in the fiotation of waste paper pulping ink.
设备特点
与国内外同类设备相比具有以下特点
Compared with the similar equipment at home and abroad，it has the following characteristics
1、设备运行能耗极低，改变了传统低浓浮选的模式，先进独特的设计理念使浮选浓度高达1.6%， 保证产量的同时吨浆电耗更低。
2、核心部件PS- II型喷射发泡器采用自然吸气装置、加压装置双模进气，气泡发生量大，尺寸范围控制合理，浮选效率大大提，高达99.5%。
3、对废纸浆中细小油墨、胶粘物及其它填料组分的去除效果显著。
4、渣墨浓度高，纤维流失率控制在0.5%以内，完全不用进行二段、三段处理。
5、设备占地面积小，安装调试方便。

3、 The removal effect of fine ink, adhesive and other fillers in waste pulp was remarkable.
4、 High slag ink concentration, fiber loss rate control Within 0.5%, there is no need to deal with two or three stages at all.
5、 The equipment covers a small area, easy to install and debug.
