工作原理
Zf系列废水处理机是我公司在这个大环境下研制开发的一种新一代制浆废水净化回收设备，它综合了国内外废纸制浆废水净化机的设计特性和工艺优点，具有能耗低、油墨等杂质去除率高、纤维流失少、操作方便等优点，是理想的废纸制浆中段水处理设备。
ZF series wastewater treatment system is a new generation of purification and recovery equipment for pulping wastewater developed by our company under this environment. It integrates the design characteristics and technological advantages of domestic and foreign waste paper pulping wastewater purifiers, and has low energy consumption. Ink, such as high removal rate of impurities, less fiber loss, easy operation and other advantages, is an ideal water treatment equipment for waste paper pulping.
设备特点
1、浮选效率高，浮选率可达99%，单台ZF系列脱墨废水处理机即可完成废水中油墨与纤维的完全分离。
2.分离油墨能力强，可去除较大颗粒油墨、胶粘物(5-500um)。
3.处理废水能耗低，单台设备仅需配备两台泵，装机容量低。
4、纤维流失少，纤维流失率≤0.5%。
5、废水处理机操作方便，槽体易于清洗。
