设备特点
ZGC系列双锥体高效高浓除渣器利用纤维与杂质比重不同，而使重杂质从纸浆中分离出来，达到净化纸浆的目的。该除渣器占地面积小，生产能力大，操作方便，不堵塞排渣口，净化效率高，浆料一次通过除渣器，不需尾浆处理设备，纤维流失为零，锥体耐磨耐压，使用寿命长，将其安装在浆料输送过程中，即可达到除渣效果。
ZGC double cone high efficiency and high concentration slag remover makes use of the different specific gravity between fiber and impurity to separate the heavy impurities from the pulp and achieve the purpose of purifying the pulp. The slag remover covers a small area, has a large production capacity, is easy to operate, does not block the slag outlet, and has high purification efficiency. The slurry passes through the slag remover once, without the need of the tail slurry treatment equipment, the fiber loss is zero, the cone is wear-resistant and pressure resistant, and the service life is long.
When it is installed in the slurry conveying process, the slag removal effect can be achieved.
