工作原理
木片在经过预汽蒸后经计量螺旋均匀进入洗片机。为了保证木片的洗涤效果，在木片进入主壳体洗涤前，先进入进料溜槽，进料溜槽下部加入清水，木片与水充分混合，水木混合物同时进入洗片机，悬浮于水中的木片在旋转的洗鼓叶片带动下浸入水中，然后被传送至出料口，进入到下一工段。洗鼓在水中旋转形成湍流，借助于底部加入并上升的循环水流进行浮选，有效的洗去木片表面的砂子、细石块、小金属块等杂质。砂子、细石块和小金属等杂物因密度大于水而下沉，进入沉渣管。沉渣管上装有两气动排渣阀，定期排放收集到的重杂质。另外木片内部部分可溶性物质溶解于水中，洗涤后水木混和物溢流进入斜螺旋脱水机，大量水份连同溶出物与木片分离，最终完成洗涤和脱水工作。

Two pneumatic slag discharge valves are installed on the sediment pipe to regularly discharge the collected heavy impurities. In addition, some soluble substances inside the wood chips are dissolved in water. After washing, the mixture of water and wood overflows into the inclined screw dehydrator, and a large amount of water, along with the dissolved substances, is separated from the wood chips, ultimately completing the washing and dehydration work.
