工作原理
1、DPM系列单盘磨浆机是在其同行业众多厂家生产的基础上进行设计、制造的新型磨浆设备。
2、本机为造纸行业制浆系统的粗、精磨连续打浆设备，也可作浆渣再磨，废纸再制浆的高效疏解设备，具有生产效率高，耗电低等优点。
3、本机为单磨区一侧进浆、径向上方出浆（可侧出浆）的卧式单盘磨浆机。
4、采用盘根密封及机械密封两种形式，密封可靠，并可直接观察至是否有漏浆现象。
5、本机与同类磨浆机相比，改进了轴承支承结构，运行平衡，效率高，结构更加素凑，便于安装、调试和维修。

2. This machine is a continuous refining equipment for coarse and fine grinding in thepulp making systern of the paper industry. It can also be used as an efficient loosening equipment for pulp residue regrinding and waste paper pulp making, with advantages such as high production efficiency and low power consumption.
3. This machine is a horizontal single disc refiner with one side feeding and radial upper discharge (capable of side discharge) in a single grinding area.
4. Adopting two forms of packing seal and mechanical seal, the seal is reliable and can be directly observed for any leakage.
5. Compared with similar refiners, this machine has improved bearing support structure, balanced operation, high efficiency, more compact structure, and is easy to install, debug, and maintain.
